Trio Leuchten GmbH has joined to the international Group „Partners in Lighting International NV . Trio Leuchten will continue to operate in its key channels and continue its own marketing and sales strategy. Partners in Lighting International (PLI) will assist on sourcing, production and international logistics.

PLI will acquire the shares of Trio Leuchten. The deal is subject to clearance of competition authorities.

We will benefit from the sourcing and logistics services and infrastructure and continue to build the business with our customers. It will help us to develop our business in the future.

At the Frankfurt Fair „Light and Building“, Partners in Lighting will be represented on 4 different locations, one for Trio Leuchten, one for Massive, one for Lirio and another one for Modular.

PLI has clearly real firmed its intention to grow both organically and by selective acquisitions.
